from country and city to attend an
inaugural luncheon.

To assume that players join OSFC and be better for it is a false assumption.
Our footy club sees its responsibility to add value by encouraging them to invest in on and
off field club life, team over self, commitment, leadership, maintaining structure and
discipline and routines post school.

For our current group of players, the chance for the external player to quickly immerse
themselves in an environment which adds value personally and professionally is
immeasurable.

We think there is fantastic evidence to suggest the model works and want to share some
of this with you.
